Integrated Thermoplastics has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

Separately, 4,83,300 promoter shares (7.68% of total equity) held by the late Mr. S.P.Y.

Reddy have been transmitted to his wife, Mrs. Sannapureddy Parvathi, via inter-se transfer.

This share transfer does not change the company’s total equity capital, which remains at 62.89 lakh shares of Rs.10 each.

The transaction consolidates promoter holdings under Mrs. Parvathi and is a key update for stakeholders tracking promoter shareholding changes.
