Mohanty, a visionary leader with over 33 years of unparalleled experience in telecom and solar energy, has joined us as our new Country Head for Steelman Telecom Limited.

Company’s new Country Head, Mr. Mohanty will assume leadership of the entire company, overseeing all business and operational aspects.

His strategic focus will be on establishing robust, process- driven methodologies, fostering a rich organizational culture, and enhancing both customer commitment and value.

Mr. Mohanty brings a proven track record of architecting and delivering some of the world's most complex mobile telecom projects across India and international markets.

His distinguished career includes senior leadership positions at Samsung India Ltd, ZTE India Ltd, Reliance Infocomm, Siemens Ltd, Nortel Networks Ltd, Telstra-V-Comm, and ITI Satcom.

Most recently, as the Head of Services - Service Delivery Organization at Vedang Cellular Services Pvt Ltd, he transformed the company into a full-fledged Master System Integrator.

In this role, he significantly grew its revenue and market share by strategically displacing global giants.

He also spearheaded the world's largest LTE rollout for Reliance JIO through Samsung and is currently executing nationwide rollouts for Vodafone Idea, Bharti Airtel, and Reliance JIO through Vedang Cellular.

Mr. Mohanty is passionate about leveraging his expertise in customer service management, contact centre management, and artificial intelligence to drive innovation and excellence.
