This is to inform you that due to the unavailability of the certain documents and other information , the preparation of results and its audit thereof is still continuing and hence the said Board Meeting has been rescheduled to be held on Wednesday, 11th June, 2025. Further, pursuant to BSE Circular no. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated April 02, 2019 and in accordance with Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed by the Company pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the shares of the Company for all Directors/Officers/Designated Employees of the Company and their relatives, is already closed for the purpose of declaration of Audited Financial Results of the company for the quarter and Year ended 31st March, 2025 from April 01, 2025 till 48 hours from the conclusion of the aforesaid Board Meeting.
