Royale Manor Hotels and Industries Ltd. has announced a board meeting in which it took note of the resignation of Mr. Devraj Singh Chauhan as Chief Financial Officer, effective close of business on June 3, 2025, due to personal reasons.

Ms. Sonu Shah has been appointed as the new CFO effective June 4, 2025. She is a qualified post-graduate with strong experience in accounting, budgeting, statutory compliance, and financial planning.

This leadership change in the finance function is key for ongoing financial management and reporting.
