Royale Manor Hotels and Industries Ltd. has announced a board meeting in which it accepted the resignation of CFO Devraj Singh Chauhan due to personal reasons, effective from business hours on June 3, 2025. Ms. Sonu Shah was appointed as the new CFO from June 4, 2025. She brings extensive experience in accounting, budgeting, statutory compliance, financial planning, and reporting and holds a postgraduate qualification.
