GRSE has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company signed a Memorandum of Intent with a German firm to build four 7,500 DWT multi-purpose vessels with hybrid propulsion and advanced cybersecurity.

It also entered MoUs with a Dubai offshore platform design firm and a global engine manufacturer to boost offshore platform and vessel construction capabilities, enhancing its global footprint and positioning for growth through diversified marine segments and potential new orders.
