Kretto Syscon Limited has announced a strategic joint venture with B-Devasya Designs & Buildcon Pvt Ltd to develop an affordable residential-cum-commercial project in Ghuma, Ahmedabad’s emerging growth hub.

The project involves 1 & 2 BHK homes targeting salaried and PMAY-eligible buyers, with retail space on the ground floor to generate rental income.

Total project cost is ₹250 Million, with Kretto investing ₹50 Million.

Spread over 43,000 sq. ft. and eight floors, the development aims to capitalize on Ghuma’s rising infrastructure and demand.

Completion is expected in about five years, enhancing shareholder value through a high-potential real estate asset.
