Vinod Jhamnani, promoter of Chambal Breweries and Distilleries, has transmitted 10,700 equity shares from his late mother Jyoti Jhamnani’s holding into his demat account.

This increased his shareholding from 3,00,000 shares (4.01%) to 3,10,700 shares (4.15%). The transmission was an off-market transfer reflecting family inheritance, with no trading in derivatives reported.

This change strengthens his stake marginally, maintaining his influence among promoters and indicating continuity in promoter shareholding.
