Dalmia Bharat has announced a board meeting on the record date set for June 23, 2025, to finalize shareholders eligible for the ₹5 per share final dividend (pending AGM approval) and AGM voting.

This adds to the ₹4 interim dividend, totaling ₹9 per share for FY2024-25. Remote e-voting for the AGM will be open from June 26 to 29. The company can raise up to ₹4,000 crore via equity/convertibles to support expansion.
