Digidrive Distributors reported standalone revenue of Rs. 27.84 Cr, down from Rs. 31.90 Cr last year, but PBT improved to Rs. 7.03 Cr from Rs. 6.00 Cr.

Consolidated revenue declined sharply to Rs. 49.78 Cr from Rs. 95.02 Cr, with PBT marginally up at Rs. 9.74 Cr versus Rs. 8.98 Cr.

EPS rose to 1.36 standalone and 2.05 consolidated.

The company has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year and appointed Kamana Goenka and Associates as secretarial auditors for five years.
