Nishant Pitti, a promoter of Easy Trip Planners Limited, has released the pledge on 10 crore equity shares, reducing his pledged shares from about 18 crore to 8 crore.

This unpledging reduces the encumbrance on his holding and could be seen as a positive signal for investors regarding promoter confidence and financial flexibility.

Other promoters Rikant Pittie and Prashant Pitti have no pledged shares.
