Gillette India Limited has declared a final dividend of Rs. 47 per equity share for FY 2024-25, subject to shareholder approval.

Shareholders need to update PAN and other details to ensure appropriate tax deduction at source (TDS). Missing or incorrect information may lead to higher TDS.

Electronic TDS certificates will be provided after compliance.
