Vimta Labs has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

Shareholders approved expanding into CDMO activities across drug discovery, biotech, pharmaceuticals, biopharma, and related sectors, along with increased focus on R&D in biologics, biosimilars, peptides, and complex generics.

Remuneration for the MD and two Executive Directors was also revised.

This strategic shift aims to strengthen Vimta’s footprint in high-growth biotech and pharma service segments.
