Saumya Consultants Limited has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company reported total income of ₹20.78 lakh for the quarter and ₹48.86 lakh for the year.

It recorded a net loss before tax of ₹4.87 lakh for the quarter but a net profit before tax of ₹26.16 lakh for the year.

Net profit after tax was a loss of ₹2.40 lakh for the quarter and a profit of ₹21.58 lakh for the year.

Earnings per share stood at ₹(0.04) for the quarter and ₹0.30 for the year.

The board has not proposed any dividend on equity shares.
