Landmark Immigration Consultants Limited has announced that its members approved a special resolution to change the company’s name to Landmark Global Learning Limited.

This change includes the necessary amendments to the Memorandum and Articles of Association.

The resolution was passed unanimously through a postal ballot conducted via remote e-voting, with all 13,608,240 votes cast in favor and none against.

This rebranding signals a strategic shift, potentially reflecting a broader focus beyond immigration consulting, which could impact the company’s positioning and growth prospects.
