Paras Defence and Space Technologies has announced a board meeting on July 4, 2025, as the record date for shareholders eligible for the share split.

Each existing Rs. 10 equity share will be split into two shares of Rs. 5 each, doubling the total number of shares held by shareholders after approval via postal ballot.
