Malpani Pipes and Fittings Limited has announced a board meeting on the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company, engaged in manufacturing HDPE, MDPE, LLDPE, sprinkler, drip, and PVC pipes, reported its highest-ever half-yearly revenue of ₹83.63 Cr and PAT of ₹4.91 Cr in H2 FY25. Annual revenue stood at ₹141.75 Cr with a PAT of ₹8.07 Cr.

Capacity utilization improved to nearly 62% in FY25. The company continues expanding its manufacturing capabilities and distribution network, serving 16 states, supported by strong demand in agriculture, infrastructure, and construction sectors.

Robust return ratios (ROCE ~18.9%, ROE ~17.3%) highlight operational efficiency.
