Apollo Hospitals has announced a board meeting to review the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company acquired 90,000 equity shares of Rs.10 each in Apollo Healthtech Limited for Rs.9 lakh, making it a wholly owned subsidiary.

Apollo Healthtech, focused on technology-driven healthcare and pharmaceutical product distribution, aligns with Apollo’s strategy to expand healthcare services.

The new entity has yet to start operations.
