Affordable Robotic & Automation Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

Standalone revenue reached Rs. 160.47 Cr with a net profit of Rs. 6.07 Cr.

However, consolidated figures showed a net loss of Rs. 11.65 Cr, pressured by higher finance costs and employee expenses.

Rising borrowings and increased capital work-in-progress highlight continued investments in automated robotic welding and parking solutions.

The company appointed Mr. Vivek Mukherjee as Cost Auditor for FY 2025-26.
