OK Play India Limited has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

In May, a total of 23,000 shares were dematerialized through NSDL and 4,000 shares through CDSL, reflecting ongoing efforts to streamline shareholding and enhance liquidity.

All related physical share certificates were processed and mutilated within 15 days of receipt, ensuring proper compliance and safeguarding shareholder interests.
