Manjeera Constructions Limited has announced a board meeting where three new directors have been appointed as part of its ongoing resolution process.

Mr. Rohi Kathal, Mr. Vikrant Jain, and Mr. Sandip Agarwal join the Board following the approval of the resolution plan by the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT). These appointments are aligned with the resolution applicant’s (Valentis Laboratories Pvt Ltd in consortium with Surya Treasure Island Pvt Ltd) plan to revitalize the company.

All three appointees have consented and are qualified to serve, bringing business and professional expertise to support the company’s restructuring efforts.
