ANG Lifesciences India Limited has announced a board meeting on 20.06.2025 to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company published audited standalone and consolidated financial results showing a standalone net profit after tax of Rs. 112.74 lakh for the year, improving from a loss of Rs. 22.98 lakh the previous year.

Total income from operations increased to Rs. 16,995.64 lakh from Rs. 3,545.05 lakh.

Consolidated net profit after tax was Rs. 344.31 lakh compared to Rs. 39.70 lakh earlier.

Earnings per share saw improvement but remain modest.
