Chambal Breweries and Distilleries Limited has announced the constitution of a Committee of Independent Directors comprising Mr. Anmol Jindal and Mr. Rinku Goyal.

The committee’s role is to evaluate the Open Offer by Invade Agro Limited to acquire 19.47 lakh equity shares of Rs. 10 each from existing shareholders.
