The company reported revenue from operations of Rs. 135.14 lakh for the quarter and Rs. 834.81 lakh for the year, with a net loss of Rs. 48.62 lakh for the quarter and a net profit of Rs. 4.46 lakh for the year.

Total equity stands at Rs. 3187.03 lakh.

Cash flows from operations were positive at Rs. 29.51 lakh, while net cash decreased due to significant investing activities related to an investment outflow of Rs. 2112.37 lakh.
