Candour Techtex Limited has announced receipt of a Letter of Intent for a job work contract involving coating and lamination of 26 lakh meters of fabric, valued at Rs. 29 Cr, from ASK Apparels.

The contract is domestic, non-related party, and to be executed within one year.

This order marks a significant operational milestone, potentially boosting production volumes and revenue, benefiting shareholders by expanding the company’s service portfolio in textile processing.
