Hilltone Software and Gases Limited has announced a board meeting and accepted the resignation of its statutory auditor, M/s K.C.

Parikh & Associates.

The auditor resigned due to non-acceptance by the company’s management of the proposed significant increase in audit fees for FY 2025-26. The auditors completed the audit for FY 2024-25 but had not started the audit for FY 2025-26. The Board and the Audit Committee acknowledged the auditor’s support during their tenure.
