Amin Tannery Limited has announced a board meeting on 23.04.2025 wherein Sharad Chandra Shukla was appointed as the Company Secretary, Compliance Officer, and Key Managerial Personnel.

He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India with experience in Companies Act and Listing Regulations matters.

The appointment comes with a monthly remuneration of ₹15,100, subject to revision.

The company clarified the delay in announcing this appointment was due to organizational constraints and assured ongoing adherence to high corporate governance standards.

This move strengthens Amin Tannery’s compliance framework and management team.
