Konndor Industries Limited has announced the resignations of Independent Directors Ananya Acharya and Jignesh Shah due to pre-occupation.

Ananya Acharya ceased to be a director on 9th June and confirmed there are no other reasons for her resignation.

Jignesh Shah stepped down on 7th June, also citing no further reasons beyond pre-occupation.

Shah continues to hold directorships in Crestchem Limited and Silver Touch Technologies Limited.

These changes reduce the number of independent directors on the board, which may impact governance dynamics and require the company to initiate steps for fresh appointments.
