Subros has announced a board meeting on June 24, 2025, to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

For the year ended March 31, 2025, consolidated revenue stood at Rs. 3,367.57 Cr with a net profit of Rs. 140.65 Cr and EPS of Rs. 23.07. The board proposed a final dividend of Rs. 2.60 per share (130%). Operations continue to focus on thermal products.

Auditors have given clean opinions on standalone and consolidated results.
