Dhanlaxmi Bank has announced a board meeting to approve the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

Shareholders have appointed Shri Ashutosh Khajuria as an Independent Director for five years from March 2025. Khajuria brings over 44 years of banking experience, including senior roles in treasury, credit, and risk management.

His addition could strengthen the bank’s governance and risk frameworks.
