The company completed a $5.7 million acquisition of Niyama Healthcare and Ezovion Solutions, expanding its digital healthcare presence across India, Southeast Asia, and Europe.

This deal adds recurring subscription revenues and strengthens its AI-driven unified health platform, boosting exposure in mental health and hospital IT markets with improved cross-selling opportunities.
