DRC Systems India Limited has announced a board meeting to discuss the acquisition of a majority stake (up to 50.10%) in Ahmedabad-based lnexture Solutions Limited for up to INR 1 crore.

This move aims to enhance DRC Systems' technology capabilities and expand its global footprint, especially in the US, Belgium, and Australia.

The acquisition will strengthen delivery capacity in full-stack software and digital solutions, tapping into high-growth IT markets like Australia’s software and IT services sector.

Lnexture will operate as a subsidiary post-acquisition.
