DRC Systems India Limited has announced a board meeting on acquiring up to a 50.10% stake in Inexture Solutions Limited, a tech firm specializing in custom software development, including web, mobile, enterprise solutions, and cloud services.

The deal is valued at up to Rs. 1 Cr.

This acquisition aims to strengthen DRC’s technology portfolio and enhance its ability to deliver scalable, customized digital transformation solutions, potentially opening new strategic partnerships.

Inexture reported a turnover of Rs. 812.97 lakh as of FY24.
