Sungold Capital Limited has announced a board meeting on June 17, 2025, where the Board approved the re-appointment of Mr. Rajiv Kotia as Chairman & Managing Director for five years from July 1, 2025, subject to member approval.

His remuneration for three years was also fixed.

Mr. Subodh Kumar Singh was appointed as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director, bringing over 32 years of expertise in corporate affairs and regulatory compliance.

The Board acknowledged the resignation of Mr. Avinash Nolkha from the Independent Director post due to preoccupation, with no other reasons cited.

Committee structures were reconstituted accordingly.
