Orient Beverages Ltd. has announced a board meeting to consider the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company notified shareholders that equity shares with unpaid dividends for seven consecutive years will be transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF). Shareholders who have not claimed dividends from the financial year 2017-18 onwards are urged to do so before the deadline, failing which their shares will be transferred to the IEPF demat account.
