Rashi Peripherals has sold its entire 51% stake in Znet Technologies, a non-material subsidiary, for Rs. 2 Cr.

Znet contributed only 0.27% to turnover and reported a net worth deficit of Rs. 89.24 million in the last fiscal year.

The buyer is an unrelated party.

This divestment exits Rashi from a low-contribution, loss-making unit, potentially improving focus and resource allocation.
