Garuda Construction and Engineering has announced a board meeting on the incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary, Garuda Arabia Limited, in Saudi Arabia, with a paid-up capital investment of SAR 1 million.

This subsidiary will focus on providing construction services in the Saudi market, expanding the company’s geographic footprint.

The entity is newly formed and yet to commence operations, signaling Garuda’s entry into the Middle East construction sector with full control over the subsidiary.
