Vivo Bio Tech Limited has allotted 7,40,740 equity shares at Rs. 45 each on conversion of warrants issued on a preferential basis, receiving 75% of the issue price upfront.

This increases the company’s issued and subscribed share capital to Rs. 19.12 Cr, divided into 1.91 crore equity shares.

The allotment strengthens the equity base and reflects ongoing fundraising efforts, which could support future growth or operational needs.
