Skyline Ventures India Limited has announced a board meeting outcome approving the initiation of an amalgamation proposal with Commonwealth Inclusive Growth Services Limited as part of its restructuring strategy.

The Board authorized its Managing Director and a Director to explore and advance the amalgamation, including engaging advisors and preparing documents for final approval.

Legal consultants M/s. Mulla & Mulla and Craigie Blunt & Caroe have been appointed for due diligence related to this process.

Additionally, Ms. Srilekha Donthineni has been appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, bringing experience in corporate legal compliance and governance.
