Godha Cabcon & Insulation Limited has announced a board meeting to approve the reconstitution of its key board committees.

Nikhil Vasantbhai Gajjar will chair the Audit Committee, while Brijeshkumar Prahladbhai Patel takes charge as Chairperson for both the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Stakeholders Relationship Committee.

Mayuri Bipinbhai Rupareliya remains a member across all committees.
