Gleam Fabmat Limited has announced a board meeting during which it approved the appointment of Mr. Kotar Mayabhai Bhikhabhai as an Additional Non-Executive Director.

Mr. Bhikhabhai brings expertise in marketing and agro products and will serve until the upcoming General Meeting or within three months, whichever is earlier.

The board also acknowledged the demise of Mr. Shubham Ramajanam Mishra, an Additional Non-Executive Director, earlier this year.
