Bangalore Fort Farms has announced a board meeting to approve shifting its registered office within Kolkata from New Alipore to Mani Square Mall, Maniktala.

The board has also appointed Mr. Gaurav Singh as an Additional Non-executive Independent Director for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval.

Mr. Singh brings over 17 years of experience in agri-tech and technology sectors, holding qualifications in commerce and computer applications.

The office relocation and addition to the board aim to support the company’s strategic growth and governance enhancements.
