Golden Tobacco Limited has announced a management change with Ms. Sarita Pote resigning as Company Secretary cum Compliance Officer due to personal reasons.

Ms. Nisha Mittal has been appointed as her successor, effective immediately.

The company remains under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP), with the Resolution Professional overseeing operations.

Ms. Mittal’s engagement includes key compliance duties such as Board meeting preparations, maintaining statutory registers, filings with the Registrar of Companies, and liaising with regulatory bodies.

Her monthly remuneration is fixed at Rs. 45,000 plus applicable taxes, subject to Committee of Creditors’ approval.
