Amic Forging Limited has announced a board meeting to discuss the purchase of land, factory, plant, and machinery from Bengal Hammer Industries Pvt Ltd in Howrah District for Rs 27 Cr in cash.

The acquisition is expected to complete within 120 days and is not a related party transaction.

This move expands Amic Forging’s manufacturing footprint, potentially enhancing production capacity and operational capabilities for shareholders.
