Laxmipati Engineering Works Limited has announced a board meeting outcome including the appointment of Mr. Amitkumar Vijaykumarji Khemani as an Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for five years.

The Board approved the Director’s Report and Annual Report for FY 2024-25. They proposed Mr. Ranjit Binod Kejriwal as Secretarial Auditor for five years starting FY 2025-26, subject to shareholder approval, and appointed him as the Scrutinizer for the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). The Board also approved the AGM notice and fixed the cut-off date and e-voting schedule for shareholder participation.
