Capital Trust Limited has announced a board meeting to approve a corrigendum extending the closing date of its rights issue by two days.

The rights issue comprises up to 60.75 lakh equity shares at ₹82 each (including ₹72 premium) to raise approximately ₹49.81 Cr.

The issue offers 5 shares for every 14 held.

No other changes were made to the offer documents.

This extension provides investors additional time to participate in the fundraise.
