Virupaksha Organics Limited has announced a board meeting on which it took control of Oxygenta Pharmaceutical Limited following a successful open offer.

The new management appointed six additional directors, including three executive directors with extensive pharma experience and three independent directors with diverse backgrounds in chemistry, banking, and corporate secretarial functions.

Simultaneously, seven existing directors, including executive and independent directors, resigned due to the change in management.

The board and committees have been restructured to reflect the new leadership, aiming to strengthen governance and support strategic growth under Virupaksha Organics’ control.
