These promoters confirm they have no control or influence over the company’s business or policy decisions, hold less than 10% voting rights collectively, and have no special rights or directorship in the company.

This move reflects their disassociation from the company’s management and operational activities, potentially broadening the public float and enhancing shareholding diversity.

Approval from the Board and stock exchange is pending.
