Oxygenta Pharmaceutical Limited has announced a board meeting to discuss recent changes following a successful takeover and management change.

Two Non-Executive Independent Directors, Mr. Bharath Reddy Guntuku and Mrs. Padmaja Surapureddy, have resigned due to the change in management.

Both directors confirmed no other significant reasons for their resignations.
