Rotographics (India) Limited has announced a board meeting to report the financial results for the quarter and half-year.

The company has expanded its business scope by amending the main object clause of its Memorandum of Association.

The revised objectives now include manufacturing, marketing, and trading in non-ferrous metals and alloys, dealing in raw materials for batteries and related industries, and undertaking mining and exploration activities of various minerals.

Additionally, the company plans to engage in the manufacturing, processing, and trading of precious and semi-precious stones and related jewelry products, positioning itself for diversified growth opportunities.
